    Chargeback question

So I'm considering selling gold but I'm worried about chargebacks.

Is there a surefire way to prevent chargebacks?

I know that websites like Bogla make users agree to not charge back and request a copy of the payment receipt to get the users info. Is this effective in stopping chargebacks and winning cases?

Paypal is a miserable form of payment for sellers. You really don't have seller protection when you sell virtual goods. If you're going to be selling gold for Paypal, chargebacks are inevitable unless you are going to be selling to the big gold sellers like Bogla/Pie/Divica, etc.

Websites like those avoid a lot of chargebacks because they get paid through G2a and are established as a LLC, as a result it's much harder to chargeback those companies.

If you want to avoid the hassle just get paid in a cryptocurrency like BTC/ETH, then you could advance your funds directly to your bank or to Paypal.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about Bogla/etc charging back. Great points, thank you. I may re-consider selling gold.

Whatever people will tell you there is no way to avoid chargebacks. Might be some things which could help improve your case, but mostly you will lose. Just sell to trustworthy sellers or look into other payment methods such as bitcoins

I would just recommend selling via BTC or other cyrpto currency. It might seem like a pain to set up at first, but I promise you it' not. There is no way anyone can chargeback.
