Help with paypal

So I have a paypal account, there is 0$ on it but I want to make some money on it for eBay and stuff like that ... But I am only 14 and cant add a bank card or credit card on it. Ive heard stuff about doing surveys and getting paid on paypal. I saw a link www.gangstergreed.com I singed up but then I realized I cannot use that one because I am Canadian. The question is does anybody know of a site that accepts Canadian residents? Doesn't matter what currency they pay me in.
