Abortion

It's not a human life? Then what in the hell is it? A cat life? A reptilian alien life (lol shred)

A blob of cells.

Well, it isn't property. You can't own a life.

I can own a dog.

An unborn should have modified rights similar to minors who are not capable of making conscious decisions.

It's not a human life, hence, it does not get rights.

If a man kills a pregnant women and the baby dies as well why can that be ruled a double homicide but the fetus was not a living thing and just property? Would it not then be homicide plus destruction of private property?

It should be, though our society has many inconsistent philosophies.

Well, cheers! Being emotional can lead to irrationality, however. I wouldn't wish to make an irrational decision!
Lmao, Shredder, he was half complimenting you there and you came back with a nice reply.

Just because a mother does not want a baby does that mean she can just kill it? And has anyone here who actually thinks a baby cannot feel anything actually had any of this happened to you? Like if you think when a mother has an abortion and some people are saying it's ok because the baby can't feel anything . You don't actually know if they baby can feel anything, and no one will ever really know if a baby feels anything.

If it's in the uterus, then sure, you can have an abortion for any reason. It's not a human life until it is born.

Depends on the situation. If the person is underage then it should happen. If you are old enough and are able to support the baby, yes.

If they do, their decision is thrown out. They have to back it up with the law.
I agree mostly with what you say but not entirely this. Obviously some jury's employ their own emotion into the case, even though it is against the law. They might keep it very discreet, but some in fact, do it. There are ways in which people can twist and contort the law to make it seem correct for their side of the case, but that's why the innocent person doesn't always prevail. It's not always true that a decision gets thrown out due to some what of a corrupted jury.

Babies can feel without a shadow of a doubt. The matter of comprehension is questionable, and most likely negative. However, before making such blunderous errors I'd highly suggest you do some research next time.
Unborn babies cannot comprehend feelings like we do. Much like trees and plants, which essentially are defined as life(s) as well.

Feelings are completely different than pain. I hope you realize that.

And no, trees are not considered life. While *Organic*, they do not have classifications of life comparable to a baby. Quite a terrible analogy; babies and trees lol.

So, you think there is no emotional impact on the mother after the abortion? That is completely false. If complete an expansive survey of all women who've receive and abortion, the vast majority will agree that they suffer from anxiety, regret and potentially depression. The reason being is that alot of women feel pressured to rid of the baby, as quickly as possible, to get it over with and rid themselves of this "lump of skin". They do little research about the actual procedure and the doctor doesn't inform them about the procedure either. The doctor's just in it for the money; the last concern of his is the person's emotional status after the operation. Anyways, they get into the operation room to find out the horrors of abortion. When they wish that they wouldn't have done it, the doctor already has a vacuum/ scissors up their uterus, killing the child.

And I credit you as a very intelligent person; you must have seen the images of the abortions. The gruesome, inhumane and vile actions that are committed in an abortion clinic.

Now, do you think that doesn't look like death? Does that not look like infanticide to you? That should be deemed a capitol offense and they should be tried for murder.

Now, I'll go through a few of the techniques.

1) The Scissor Method- The fetus is pulled from the mother's upper uterus. Then it's limbs are broken to alleviate difficult of removal. Then a pair of scissors are rammed into the back of the fetus's head until all life is gone. The scissors are removed and a suction catheter is inserted. The child's brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The dead baby is then removed; the remaining "lumps of skin" are vacuumed out.

2) The fetus is small enough to be vacuumed out. Then placed in a receptacle as though it's nothing more than trash. As though it has no use, no potential, no benefit to the world.

3)Dilation and Cutterage-This method is similar to the suction method with the added insertion of a loop-shaped knife (curette) which cuts the baby into pieces. These pieces are scraped out through the cervix and discarded.

All of these are common methods practiced at all abortion clinics. More often than not women are put in pressure situations where they feel the "need" to get rid of the child, only seeing abortion as an option.

There are a number of options. One being putting the baby up for adoption. However, by using the method of abortion, you're giving the child no chance. Nobody can see the future, yet you assume you're doing the best for the child.

I understand certain circumstances where abortion should be allowed; as much as I hate to say it.

Here are a few:

1) Birth complications- The mother may die as a result of the birth or while giving birth due to health complications.

2)Fallopian Attachment- The fetus grew inside the fallopian tubes rather than the uterus. If the fetus is allowed to continue growth the mother will inevitably die.

RAPE IS NOT AN EXCUSE! Please, put the child up for adaption. Do not take a life because of one man/women's poor actions.

As a last word-
Every baby should be given a fighting chance at life. The life of a baby should not be at the hands of the mother. Just because it is inside her, doesn't mean it's not life. Don't be a dumb ass and say: "Well, it's not technically a baby because it's not out yet." That may be true when speaking by scientific terms; yet you an I both know it will be a child soon enough, a breathing, living, beautiful baby. It's not going to stay a fetus forever, it will become a baby.

Thank you and please chose life. :)

I find your softy arguments detrimental to the health and prosparity of this world. Get over how emotionally painful it is to throw away a sack of growing tissue. Your saddness and emotions won't keep this world going. If anything, think of how overpopulated this sick world is. It's not hurting anyone having 1 less moneysucking being out there.

Since I know you'll have a ball responding to how hurtful and heartless and blah blah blah I am, I hope you know that what I previously said was nothing but fact, pure and simple.

Enjoy googling dead fetuses in your free time while the rest of the world does something productive.

What made you think he doesn't know he is?

_all_ life, dead, unborn or no, living prosperously etc. is a blob of cells. Sobeit, I don't care.

Abortion? Interesting topic, but like most other laughable idealistic thoughts society has, I laugh at people who say no. I guess you could say I lack empathy, compassion, even emotion, but honestly, in the end, does it really matter?

Abortion is fine. All you're doing is removing something that could damage your monetary and even social standings. What's to hate about it?

Ok this is my view of things:

Some people think life starts at conception, some people think it starts with the first heart beat, some think it starts with the first brainwave, and some think it starts when the fetus exits the mother's uterus. This classifies the idea of when life starts as an opinion, because the grounds are insufficient to produce complete certainty. And as far as I can tell, imposing your opinions onto others is almost as bad as converting people to another religion.

So everyone should have the freedom to have their own opinion, and not have others' opinion imposed on them.

Then which definition do we use for legal terms? If we avoid the issue altogether, and just say "live and let live", then what will the law say?

No, generally, jurors perform the duty assigned to them. The world is not quite as corrupt as you might imagine.

Your right, but there are a pretty substantial amount of people who are corrupt. But I suppose if you view it as a whole it's not that many. But it's the fact that there are illogical people in this world who do perform such things (maybe not many, but nonetheless people who do those illegal things).
