LOL report to the FBI? You're breaking a company's rules by doing illegal real-world trading, I don't think the FBI would give much of a shit.

 

If you pay, and the other person does not hold their end of the deal you can make a federal case about it and serve 2 -5 years in jail.

Its a federal offense to take money from the U.S mail.
It's a felony, and selling/buying Rs gold is not illegal but it is
not encouraged.
