Staff Changes

Good promotions, does this mean moo has to stop telling people to fuck him in the ass?

I'm sure it's still fine as long as it's consensual

It's worth taking in account that Yankiee now has global perms and I believe market perms may have been extended to another sectional (this may have been Yankiee pre-promotion, but I am not sure and am on my phone and would be difficult to check).

Either way, the market section reports have been completed promptly and should continue to be with more staff

 

I feel to continue incentivising and to continue motivating the staff team as a whole, the Admin rotator system should be used more often.

It's evident that acquiring a promotion into the Global role is much more frequent, and less of an arduous task than it was 1 year + ago, meaning, one doesn't generally need to wait for years on end.

As such, in line with the Global promotion/change rate, you should allow that to trickle upwards into the Admin role, and give those warranting a chance to fill that position.

Ultimately, it's a 'rotator' system - if they under-perform, or aren't suited for said role, they can be dropped back down.

Having clear motivating factors plays a large part in having consistency, and more importantly, the want to work/succeed within a team, which ultimately has a large impact upon the website.


Good promotions however.

Yeh please don't slack on CDT, seems they're making CDT more staff based which always comes with issues when people care more for staff positions and idk if PR are slacking anyways. @Yankiee @Mootrucks y'all gonna need to revote, or one of yu step down as cdt leader and have another non-staff member if thas still in effect. Smh.

The rotator for admins should of been used this time, some of them seem to work too behind the scenes with 0 real community participation.

Btw I also think u guys are being discriminative to tech core members. (Haha)
