I guess you want to be a Rune Pure. Get 60 attack + high strenght. Also get 70 magic, Ice Burst may help. Then get 45 defense, buy a Beserker, then pk

But i'd say make it a rune pure, it'll take a while but i think it'll be worth it.

...then again.. everyone has pures these days... so what i guess im saying is... everyones kinda even.
