I knew this day would have came, I did ban evade from having my $200 4444 account banned as I was too ignorant to lose 60m to that guy that had me banned wrongfully and would rather have lost my donation rank and account than have let him get away with it. Im sorry for this and id like to go ahead with the dispute process of getting unbanned on my TuTu account.

I still stick with my story on this dispute that I didn't take any money from that user and ask that this be looked into again please although I now see that the user has been banned himself and if some moderators could look into his ban reason I could perhaps pay the 60m to his scam victim.

Summary:

Im sorry I know I was wrong to ban evade, sythe has presented me with some great opportunities to generate extra income and id like to get this sorted. The 4444 account has been always in the back of my head that it would eventually get brought up and now is a chance to clear it finally. New year new me right?

I think your situation has two limbs:

1. You want to be pardoned for the ban evasion.
2. You want to dispute 4444s initial ban.

I recommend you file a pardon in the above sub-forum, and make sure to read all the stickies for formatting, etc. Then, also make a note that you want to dispute 4444's original ban since that affects whether or not you will have to pay any money in order to be eligible for a pardon.

In the mean time I'll ask other staff members to see whether the initial ban was justified. I'll leave this thread open for a bit if you want to reply.

Sorry for the delayed response but here is the original dispute could I please have it looked into again as I still maintain that I never took his gold.

Also could someone look into why Tony was banned and I could potentially refund his scam victim if the moderators come to the same conclusion on the 4444 ban. I would be sad doing this though as its money out of my pocket but id like to get my TuTu account back.
