Help please!

"The application or DLL C:\\WINDOWS\IME\SPGRMR.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please checking this against your installation diskette."

"The application or DLL C:\Program Files \ Common Files \ Microsoft shared\ INK \ SKCHUI.DLL is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

I have this error message, it doesn't allow me to use AIM or runescape. Today, I opened the internet and this comes up! I was like wtf now my internet doesn't work! I tried five times and it worked. I tried with AIM and runescape, no dice. I started using friends computer for AIM, and the same error message comes up! What the hell? I've tried..


System restore (tried 3 times)

Virus / trojan / etc. scan (every day, so around 7 days)

I do not have the installation diskette, I never received it with my computer.

I tried Re-downloading the files, no dice.

I tried downloading Direct X twice and didn't work.
How do I fix this? Please help me , thanks.

Redownload XP SP2 from here;
[SIZE=-1]Microsoft Update[/SIZE]
Install it.

 

not trying to reqword cool but unconnect your internet restart computer then plug back in then update then restart then get back to me

 

That will accomplish nothing, he's obviously missing some .DLL files, and going by what he said he's exhausted quite a few options. Also, how was it rewording me?
