Im a dog cat recovery

my old account (Im a dog cat) has been unreachable for me because it says my password is too old and needs to be changed, the registered Email on the account is no longer reachable by me.

I'm starting to get back into OSRS and would like to get my old account back that has more reputation than a new account.
