Banned for off-site negatives

Okay, i've been selling on Epvp for a LONG TIME. I stopped playing league of legends and came here to play RUNESCAPE. I'm not even banned on Epvp yet you ban me on here? What is the problem? If i'm not banned there, why in the world am i banned here? Most of my "Bad trades" on Epvp where from when i had a boosting service and my boosters took the money and ran on their boosts.. I understand it was out of caution but come on?? I've worked for my rep here for RUNESCAPE selling

Almost all of my negatives are from when i first started boosting on Epvp for league of legends. I was paying people to give boosts and one day when we started to get bigger and more people started to use us, my boosters then decided to take the payment and go work so someone else without finish my current jobs. I was only a Silver 5 player at the time and personally couldn't finish, nor refund because i only took 15% of the boost for my own.

For the more recent ones (2015-2016) unranked account selling is a risky buisness. You either have the right equipment and 0 accounts get banned or they ALL pretty much get banned. I was running a 0% ban-rate for a LONG time until they started to get banned after 1-2 months. I offer a 1 month warranty on all accounts and they were furious that after 1 month, they got banned. So that resorted in Negative TBM. That's why I said fuck it and came to runescape where i could grind myself and pursue a safe selling environment with extremely low ban rates on accounts that are sold. I hope you understand.. I've been grinding out making a zerker to sell and I would really appreciate if you guys would give me a shot at selling on this site. I've been 100% legit with 8 vouches at the moment and 2 of those are account sales! Which is what i want to do.

I'd also like to add that on Epvp, unless you pay for Premium, you cant dispute a negative. Therefor, i wouldn't have most of those negatives. I purchased premium after i received a few negatives and when i ran out, i just never purchased again. You can only pay through weird options (that doesnt include PP or Credit Card) so it was just too much work to get some e*gold.
