Paypal?

if i have an account with no bank account cc etc on it. am i still able to receive money to that account?

can paypal mail you money or checks? otherwise im not sure what the point of it is

 

you can receive money but cant send it

 

You may be able to recieve money, however I contacted PayPal about this issue, because they required further information to activate my account. My account got limited because there was no proof of identity of who I was.

I spoke to PayPal on the phone, they said that its done randomly. So 50/50.
