Banned From a WOW BOOST

Hi i bought a Boost from Zaxxis 2 days ago. and i just received an email from Blizzard saying i am Banned for using Bots , 3rd party software or hacks. i am really pissed off right now since on his thread the first page says NO BOTS OR HACKS. so that is a HUGE lie. just Lost my WOW account and my Money that i paid him to do it...

i have Proof of Email showing Ban also skype logs of him and me talking.
