They sold me a diamond account and their warranty statement said, not ever once banned, then i went on support history and found two 14 days suspension, so i nicely contact him asking LITERALLY WHAT TO DO?

They said they did not assure nothing, and i asked even to give them back account, and PAY THE DIFFERENCE to get one with diamond borders.

They said no, and said no more assistence for me, and callback for the account, and no money back for me.

AND THEY CALLED IT BACK FOR REAL look the screenshot in the link.

What should i do now?

Best bet would be to call your bank who is in charge of your card.

 

i paid 10 days ago, can they chargeback? i have the receipt and used the paypal one time payment mode.

 

If you used paypal, you should be able to dispute via paypal.
