I can't make an account because of my IP.
I share the same internet with about 100 other soldiers that live in the barracks with me.
I live on base and use a service called boingo which is hooked in every barracks and its the cheapest service for us to use.
Unlucky for me that means I have to use the same internet as every other guy here.
Is there a way I can get around this and actually make an account?
