RS Crown and xWolfade

I filed a scam report against xWolfade yesterday due to a service not being completed and no replies from his part and he was eventually banned: Reporting xWolfade

On september the 23rd I asked Rs Crown on skype if he could integrate skrill and bitcoin payment gateaways on my website: Gyazo - 14e1277ca91b78997e56fc4695b29d81.png since I found his and xWolfade's web development thread on sythe, found here: $300 DONOR 300+ VOUCHES RSCROWN & WOLFS CUSTOM WEBSITE CREATION. It clearly states that they are working together which can be seen in the title and in the posts where both, Rs Crown and xWolfade are bumping the thread. Rs Crown then said he would ask his "dude", get a quote and have xWolfade add me on skype:

Soon after, xWolfade added me on skype and we went from there to conclude the deal:

As it is cleary visible in the chat logs, xWolfade even linked me to their thread and asked me to read the TOS. I thought that I wouldn't have to worry to go first to xWolfade since Rs Crown talked to him and had him add me on skype, furthermore they share a web development thread here on sythe. From there the report of xWolfade follows which I have already mentioned earlier.

I'm not directly accusing Rs Crown but I think that he can be held liable and I'd like to hear opinions on this from different staff members of sythe.
There have been several things that misled me to go first to xWolfade:
1) Rs Crown has quite some vouches here on sythe and I respect him so I trusted him and would have gone first to him . I therefore also went first to xWolfade since I saw xWolfade as his worker/partner and Rs Crown talked to him about it and the TOS state that I have to go first.
2) The thread title says Rs Crown's and Wolf's and I therefore think that Rs Crown has to be held liable for what he and his partner/workers do if he earlier had xWolfade add me on skype to make the deal.
3) In my opinion it is wrong to have a service thread together where Rs Crown uses his reputation to earn money and then not be held liable if his partner/workers scam.

They are pretty much both workers for each other, in my opinion if one doesn't complete their dues the other is held responsible. So yeah, I'd say rscrown is held responsible as well.

 

Thanks for the reply, shall we wait on other staff's opinions? I know that RS Crown is safety banned on Sythe, however he is in full controll of his website and skype.

 

He was banned on Sythe for not having control of his website.

Im sticking with my saying. He's tried to change my mind but I told him to get other staff opinions not sure if he did

 

Not sure if this has been sorted yet, but to add another opinion.

By all accounts it looks like a partnership. Both names in the thread title for which RS Crown created. RS Crown's Skype is listed as a contact. Wolfade's first post was 'we're'. Wolfade use the threads TOS, etc. I don't see any evidence about RS Crown saying they are not business partners, or that their liability is separate, or that their liability is mitigated. Accordingly, the debt is against the partnership, and if one partner absconds, the other, RS Crown is fully liable. The same applies if they have a contractor and sub-contractor relationship.

 

RS Crown has just refunded me the total amount of 125m 07 gold that he owed me, this can be closed now.
