Accused of scamming here, also admits to recovering the account and not refunding the user:

Now reselling the account:

First off he claims the user was 'hacked' 3 days after buying the account and that he didn't refund him because the user dropped the firecape\etc. If he was truly 'hacked' Eder Towers would have no way of knowing that the hacker didn't do this, strongly suggesting Eder Towers was responsible for the initial account recovery and possibly even caused this damage himself, or it was caused by his own actions due to the buyer thinking the account wouldn't be secure enough for use. Either way you can't sell an account, not refund the person, recover it, and sell it again for more profit. This is scamming coupled with the fact that Eder's story doesn't add up and the situation is all likely a result of his intention to scam anyways.
