• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Over a year ago I became inactive on Sythe as I was picking up a new job, and didn't really need to use Sythe for any income, and thought of the stupidest decision in my life, which was to scam someone. Being the selfish person that I was at the time, I was not thinking of what scamming the other person could've come to, as if they needed it more than I did. Within the time that I have been banned, I have become more mature, and actually have a well paying service, so there will not be any big trades that go on throughout my Sythe account. I am more interested in posting pictures of my Gameplay in the RS2007 Section, and seeing other sections as well.

Sorry, had to fix a couple things according to @Astro . So 6 months ago I sent in my first attempt to pardon which is found here Gyzo requesting a pardon for Attempted Scamming/Forging Evidence . I was banned for Attempted Scamming and forging evidence, and potentially risked my friendship with very good friends.

 

Would like to hear @video 's thoughts here

 

Gyzo tried to scam a sythe user for 750m 07gp. I was brought in to act as a middleman and Gyzo decided he was no longer interested in trading when I was invited to the conversation. I suspected he wasn't being legit so I offered to sell him the gold myself. His response was to ignore me for 10 minutes while he MSPainted up some shitty paypal screenshots and then claim that he had "just bought the gold off of Wolf". Takes a real class act to not only try to scam someone but then drag his friend into the mess when the shitty scam attempt doesn't work out. The idiocy just compounded on itself.

Anyway, given his past history it would be extremely irresponsible to ever pardon him. I see no reason why he wouldn't just try to pull some nonsense like this if he were to ever be allowed back. Decent candidate for a DNT rank though given that he didn't actually scam anyone

 

Going from what Video said, there's no way I can give my support.
The situation feels so uncomfortable, there's no saying you aren't trying to pardon to have another shot at actually scamming. I don't think someone can change in such a short time period.

 

Unfortunately, I have to agree with both video and Chloe. You didn't actually manage to scam, which in my eyes makes your pardon even harder to believe since you didn't have to repay anything. If you had managed to scam, and repaid, it would show your good intentions. Now, we have to just take your word for it. For all we know you're just trying to pardon to actually cash out like you planned to do before.

No support: way too early, and there's no evidence testifying to your reformed character. As Astro said, how do we know you won't attempt to scam again after you pardon? Your fourth most recent post dates back to December 2015. Never mind the amount scammed or the fabrication of evidence, I don't think it would be correct to pardon someone for an attempted, but failed scam, merely because 1 year has elapsed.

This wasn't that long ago since you tried to scam IHQ. You tried to scam a significant amount and to think if you got away with it what else / who else you would have scammed.
