    Is PayPal "Safe"?

Well, my mom is hesitating to put money in my PayPal account, because she doesn't feel secure putting her credit card number or bank pin into an online site.

My question is......is there any other way to put money into an account? and also if you have a PayPal account do you find it safe and secure?

and no she won't let me buy a debit card because she's mean:mad:

Debit Cards pwn, I had one.

Hmm/ PayPal is safe I guess, but some people will lie when selling stuff and do a cashback thingy.

    Is PayPal "Safe"?

I am definatly not going to be selling/buying from random people...my mom will never let me do that until I move out of the house:p

But, what I mean is if PayPal is safe to put money in and is it safe to put bank pins/credit card numbers?

    Is PayPal "Safe"?

Yes, paypal is probably one of the safest payment methods around. But if you are selling mils make sure the buyer files a claim and then cancels it so theres no charge backs.

Yes, Paypal is 100% safe, but your computer might not be.

Make sure before you type in your credit card details, scan for viruses/spyware using 2-4 different Programs first.

I recommend these ones that are free:

    AVG 7.5
    Ad-Aware SE Personal
    Spybot - Search & Destroy

Scan with them before you enter in stuff like credit cards on the net.
