Disputing - Skeptic

So apparently I recently got banned (I'm not evading just trying to figure out what's going on) so recently I got ratted, and some kid named Goten apparently got on my Sythe which I didn't see of anything happening cause nothing was unusual but apparently he posted an account for sale (07) and his IP off my IP audit got linked back to HIS account on runeserver he scammed someone on, he didn't scam anyone via Sythe but on runeserver or something... apparently I have to pay what he scammed on his runeserver account and I would like to know how I can find out who and how much please, considering this site is pretty much how I'm making a living right now...

I was told to come back as a guest by Chloe, I did not know that before sorry... Apparently I have to pay what he scammed on his Runeserver account since his skype was linked to what he said his Skype was when he hacked me in the post, and I would like to know how I can find out who and how much please, considering this site is pretty much how I'm making a living right now...
