I bought two handleveled accounts from these guys in the last year and both were recovered away from me within six months. I sent several emails to customer support and spoke multiple times to the live help on their website, but my emails were ignored or given a one-to-two word response and the live help were unable to do anything but "speak to a manager about it."

Buyer beware.
