    Question

    I was in the middle of a g2-p5 order for $40.00, I just hit g1, and the boostee changed the login information, and hasn't responded on skype. Not to mention, on my thread I have stated:
    1. You will vouch at the end of the games.
    2. You will not log in during game play if we are soloQ.
    3. If you log in at any time, the order may be canceled.
    4. If you play a ranked game during the process of being boosted without me, I will cancel the order and there will be no refund.


    so with that being said, am I at right to accept a new order and disregard his? Thanks!

    First of all you cannot require a vouch for a service, so I'd remove that.

    Yes, feel free to terminate the order and accept a new one if you can't get a response. You'll likely be able to enforce your ToS, however if the staff feel differently they may ask you to refund the difference between boosting done and payment made. That's a worst case scenario, but I might hold onto that $40 for a week or two just in case.

    +1 to what @Darkest Dream said.

    The tip I'd have for you is to try and handle the situation as professionally as possible. This scenario wasn't something which you have outlined in your TOS, so I would suggest you give him the benefit of the doubt and a fair amount of time to justify his actions. Perhaps give him a 24 hour period to respond before assuming that he's up to no good. Maybe there were reasons justifying his decision to change account details which suddenly came up while you were performing his service and for some reason he hasn't been organized enough to contact you about that yet. If he wants to you resume the service I'm sure there are logs that you can check into on the account to ensure that he hasn't tampered with your boosting process. Through those methods of checking you can then decide if the service has been voided by his actions.

    Take this situation in stride and update your TOS in case it happens again to protect your hard work and time. Remember what @Darkest Dream said. take out #1 in your TOS. Also #4 Shouldn't exist because #4 cannot happen unless #3 happens first, which results in cancelled services.

    I'm not saying that you are this type of person, but remember that a good way to build business and reputation in the service market is to not be that guy who looks for any possible infraction against TOS to get his payment early.

    I'm not an active service provider in any market but this is just my .02

    Figured it all out. Turns out the boostee purchased an account from someone a while back, and coincidentally during the time I boosted it was recovered. He finally got back to me, and mentioned to him what occurred, and he said it seems probable due to him recieving a random password change the night before, in which he thought was odd. We've settled everything and gone about our ways!
