For the sake of entertaining both sides of a topic, I think that this should be left here.

I submit to you now that what they say is true.

If the earth was fucking flat, wouldn't we have found the drop off point?
 
The Earth is surrounded by a giant "ice wall" that armed troops prevent people from getting too near.

I mean, seriously, all logic and knowledge of the Earth points against that...Like, by sailing/flying/driving east, you'll end up west...

Have any of you actually been in space and seen it for yourselfs? Yea thought so, its not near impossible I also think the theory of Hollow Earth is interesting.
 
You mean that it wasn't the most enlightening 20 minutes of your life? Clearly, you are under the conspiracy's influence.
 
That is retarded. What would the people in the world gain by the government saying the earth is flat? Every look in a telescope and see the other round planets? Or did the goverment put a huge sheet of paper over the world so that we see round planets. These people need to be shot.

The government is embarrassed. They spent many years accepting that the Earth was round, and when they got rockets into space, they realized that they were wrong.

As an issue of their pride, the pretended that the Earth was indeed round, and developed much software to produce the photographs of the round Earth that you see today.

but yes, none of you can physically prove that the earth is or is NOT round.

hehe... i love reading all those topics in there,... everyone is just like a lot of people here... but they're like 20. they like to abuse "conspiracy, ignorant" and a few others.... i think im gonna browse it some more right now... :D

Come on shredder, are you seriously telling me that all your social studies books are lying to you?

This was established long ago, the earth is round, the pictures are not false. People other then astronauts have traveled in space and have seen for themselves that the earth is round.
 
I made an account there. Time to prove these idiots wrong...
 
A good article to sway your oh so set mind, shredder.

Since the force of gravity is roughly the same everywhere on the globe, it could be surmised that the Earth must be spherical. If the Earth were not round, whole hemispheres would have different atmospheric pressure and significantly different sea levels.
