No I expected not to get it because I refuse to suck off the staff and I take this as confirmation that nothing has actually changed. The reasons I didn't get staff are all complete bullshit and @Shin displays everything he knocked me for. I'm not going to sit around and let these morons run the site into the ground but it seems like no matter what I do they just dismiss me. Can you please go look at: Return to a more section oriented staffing structure and understand that what the staff is doing now and what you want them to do more of has already been in place for more than two years and the site has just contuined to get worse? The current staff absolutely hates what I am suggesting because none of them actually understand what I am saying. The staff team is filled with a bunch of people who think alike and hate change more than they hate their own mothers.

 

@Sythe, when I got back on the staff last time I did it purposely. Do you know how I did? I fake apologized for being mean and sucked up to staff and I was back on in a few months. I could have done that this time as well but I really did not want to because it's not the right thing to do.

I only wanted to get on staff to change it to be not shit but I really could not resist the temptation to test the system to see if the staff actually wanted change or if they would put their biases aside and it is clear with morons like @Shin in charge they won't. I got exactly what I was expecting.

@SuF you can't call everyone an incompetent ass hat and just assume they'll go along with your plans and accept you as their leader.

You planned to do a hostile take over... but I don't think that's why you were rejected. Over the course of the last week you've shown how difficult and stubborn you can be. You're not easy to work with, and given the power id be scared to see what you would do with it.

You'd probably get instantly hard when you make any decisions that get pushed through.. people like you don't deserve power they need help. You're so OCD

I'm not going to ignore blatant incompetence and I'm not going to suck dick to get into a position of power. Yes I could have easily gotten back on the staff if I did a little apology and sucked some dick. I've done it before and it wouldn't be hard to manipulate a bunch of them but I'm not going to do that.

Just this last week I've been stubborn? I feel like I am very easy to work if people actually decide to work with me as a peer. The only experience I've had with that in the last week or whatever on staff is on TC or CTC and decides @Shin being a total moron it's going really well.
