Okay, is there no way the guy can charge back on PayPal? Would that class as a refund? I personally do not have the money to pay him back right now, so if there is no way he can charge back I will have to earn the money then pay him back in a few weeks I guess.

Just wondering if there is any update from the guy on the potential to charge back etc?

I notice he has been online, I am eager to try and sort this.

Just spoke with @OldBeast1994 and unfortunately he is unable to dispute the payment, which he provided proof of. In order to be unbanned, you will be responsible for reimbursing his losses.

Please post back with a new recovery once you've made payment, with proof of payment.
