Explanation of the trade: Thread Layout + Banner.
How they scammed: He refuse to make my layout with the proper things I ask for. He refuse to send me the banner or the cash I paid for it. His argument is I keeep changing things every minute, wich is fake I keep changing things because he didn't from start, I'm just trying making worth my money.

You can use the patch / healing tool over the existing text in the image. Then add the new text
