Stryper - Ban Dispute

Good evening,

My Username is Stryper.

I logged in for the first time since early July today, to find myself banned.

I saw the thread that was pointing towards the reason why I was banned:
Stryper - 72m scammer

Simply put, this was not me. But now I know why I was receiving alert messages as to a suspicious login on my social media accounts...

"My sythe account got hacked. Can I get it back?"
If no one has been scammed by the hacker, you can get it back. Post in the Account Recovery section. If someone has been scammed, your account will be banned until you repay the amount scammed back.

My goal is to make this right and never take off my two-factor authentication (albeit annoying, very useful in these situations...) again.

But I have a bit of a dilemma. I don't play 07, therefore I don't have 07 gold. I do have some EOC gold, but not enough to cover the full amount. I'd like to work directly with the victim to work something out.

A couple days ago I logged in to Sythe for the first time since July 8th-ish.

I received the "You have been banned" message with a link to the following thread:

I submitted a dispute that night... but apparently it didn't go through(?).

Per the victim's evidence, the scammer indicated that his Skype name was "ilikerabbits4".

That Skype name was tied to an account named "Fish Crackers" who, apparently according to yousuckv2, was also hacked.

I then saw yousuckv2 post about MY ACCOUNT:
Reporting FactoryNew and Fish Crackers
"User's IP matches VariousGolds and Stryper which is an account he hacked."

I have no idea who 'yousuckv2' is or how he knew about my ban situation. Just trying to provide some sort of proof that I wasn't the scammer.

Per guidelines in another thread, it says I may get my account back if I repay whoever was scammed by the person using my account. I've since contacted 6ix Sythe and offered a repayment provided I am able to secure an unban approval afterwards.

We worked out some terms for repayment.
Side note: I don't play 07 and do not have the resources to purchase gold at this point. I have a portion of it in EOC gold.

I'm actively working on making the gold in-game and will find someone to swap it into 07 gold for me. I do not have any sort of timetable as to when I will have the negotiated amount for repayment.

I was banned earlier this month... is it OK if this isn't resolved within a month of the ban? It says somewhere that ban disputes aren't considered after a month's time.

When ready, I would like to use a mod (pref Gracious) as a middle man in order to provide proof of repayment.

TL;DR
I'm working on getting gold to repay the victim, 6ix Sythe. If I repay him, am I guaranteed an unban?

This is like my third time submitting a dispute and no response or people posting it to the forums. Not even sure if it is going through, as 6ix contacted Gracious yesterday and Gracious told 6ix I hadn't posted yet...

If you actively work on repaying 6ix then yes, you will be unbanned after you've repaid him.

Keep us updated, just take screenshots of the trades and you'll be good to go.
