Not sure how he managed but the account had no previous infractions or anything and yet he still got it perm banned.

It clearly states in his Agility training thread that the accounts are hand done, and it does no show anywhere what would happen in case of a ban, so all I'm asking for is a complete refund of 18M 07 and we can call it a day. Also, I was gone for 3 days and not once did he message me about what had happened. I have messaged him on Skype, but nothing so far and I figured I'd just make this ASAP.
