medeor banned me, why am i banned an what can i do to get unbanned? That dude said i scammed him? He is staff on os-scape an got me banned once the blood $ was dropped..

Mc Skillz must have not recorded the whole entire video. I have proof I AM banned on os scape, instantly after I dropped the blood money I was banned.. And also lost 4M+ blood money on that same account. Whether he is or ISNT staff, he knows a staff member. I have done MANY other trades, & not once have I been banned.. Ive got weird pms thru os scape telling me to sell them gold, ( me now thinking it was Mc Skillz ). I have over 40 vouches an have done bigger trades then 2.5m blood money, i have sold N baught 8M+ at a time.
I took screenshots of me dropping the blood money, for him to pick up. Reasoning of taking screenshots was for him to not be able to say ( I didn't get it).
I don't know what to do at this point.
I worked hard for my vouches, and would like to fix this problem. So if we can come to an agreeement or something and get unbanned on sythe that would be great.

The fact that you withheld payment in several instances on the claim that you'd been banned by staff (despite not providing proper evidence of this), yet continued to post on several RSPS market threads minutes later makes it fairly obvious to me that you were going on a scamming spree.

I will leave this open for a second opinion though.

Both of those people who reported me are os scape staff.. I was banned from both of them.
Believe it or not, however you would like for me to prove it, I will.
Twittjr said i scammed ir, but yet his profile is banned on sythe because he is staff on os scape.
Mc skillz is also os scape staff.
Please, what can we do to fix this problem, any solution at all? I am willing to do whatever it takes. I eaned my 40+ vouches working hard an giving people good deals, an would like to continue.
IF it has to come down to me giving him back the 27.5M osrs, I'll do it.. But I WILL NOT trade with him again, and would hope for Mc Skillz to have some type of punishment, this is not okay nor fair.

Your proof of being "banned instantly by os-scape staff" shows absolutely nothing. Refund all of the users from the above reports first (including twittjr - his ban is for account sharing, not for being os-scape staff) and we will work from there.

I was told to refund all 3 people? Their is not one bit of legit proof I had scammed. When trading with these people, i was banned.. I've been on this RSPS market for awhile. Once all of the sudden i trade them, i am banned? I always thought twittjr was sketchy, then come to find out.. Mc Skillz is staff on os scape. So what can we do, to make this work. What do i need to do to get unbanned??

I did not scam anybody, if anything i LOST alot by being banned 2-3 times for trading the wrong people. I had 40+ vouches and always have used a middle man an did small increments.
I will do whatever it takes to be unbanned..
BUT if i have to refund, that will be me LOSING MORE money if i have to. I already lost tge blood money on os-scape after being banned..
So is their a solution we can work thru in order for me to be unbanned? IF i did have to refund, although i shouldn't.. Who would it be?
And between somebody reporting someone, an me being the victim, you guys as a staff team will believe the other sythe user who is reporting. Their is no legit proof, and would not ruin my reputation on here over something so dumb. Please, how can i work my way to be unbanned?

Can any staff help me? I need to figure out a solution to fix my Ban, an get my Appeal granted.
The Sythe users who had reported me recently, do not have LEGIT proof of being "scammed", I had kept my current vouches up to 40+, and would not scam for a low amount when I have done bigger trades then the current reports submitted. What do I need to do to get unbanned?

 

You have scammed by withholding payment from the users in the above reports. If you are making the claim that they are staff and banned you, then you must provide adequate evidence of such (a cropped and easily-doctored screenshot of a banned login screen with no other context is not sufficient proof). Otherwise, you will need to refund them.

So your saying I need edicate proof of being banned? But yet, the users who had reported me to not have edicate proof. Mc skillz was the only one who used a video, an he didn't conclude the WHOLE video.
The others just made a post with a picture.
So I showed pictures of my Account being banned.. How is that not Edicate proof? But yet they posted a scam report on me with just screenshots an no video? But I try and show "proof" an its not edicate? But it is for them?
That's not fair, an not right. I worked hard for my reputation, an your letting those scammers/OS-SCAPE staff Team ruin my reputation cause I'm a HUGE gold seller.. Now im absolutely MAC/IP BANNED on that server.. So what can I do to fix this problem? Thats not fair to me that I should have to refund the users who screwed me over, I lost more then they did when i was banned.
So how is it acceptable for them to post a scam report without legit proof, IF mine isn't edicate proof. As you see.. I had MORE vouches then EACH an every one of them.

 

Their "proof" of being scammed is in the fact that you refused to pay them (something that you have not denied). Like I said, if you are making the claim that they are staff and banned you, then you must provide adequate evidence of such. You have not shown any conclusive proof that the above users are staff on os-scape.

At this point, if you do not refund them, then you will not be unbanned.
