Good pking stats

I'm trying to make the ideal f2p pker, around lvl 40 - 60. I would like to know wether to make him a melee, range, or mage pker. And what stats would be ideal for that kind of pker.

 

40 att 88 str 99 range would own

 

He asked for a lvl40-60 combat ... not 70 -.- omg..

But I think the best or ideal stats are about
-50-60 str.
-40 attack.
-60 ranging.
Maybe some mage...
