Help needed..

Argh, still having the same problems of last time, I am still unable to Edit my Application. I went to the troubles of making a New one, and Guess what, it still won't edit, or switch modes, I've been waiting an half hour to save my changes and it still won't?

What's wrong with my Thread i make, Can a Mod edit it for me or somthing, this is really starting to Annouy me.

 

I had this same problem lol i couldnt add any of the new staff vouches i got so i just though meh lol.

I know, but it won't let me switch modes.
