Users cant PM me even if they wanted to, I might of misread what you said but I thought users should be able to start PM's with us, then we can respond, we just cant start pm's with them.


Was this changed so that now we cant even receive PM's? or is something messed up.

I just tried having someone PM me, its not letting them send it.
