Well both accounts are still alive and @-Ryan did say he banned one of the accounts there. Unless he doesn't have access to Gmaul is Born anymore I'd feel like it would be logical to ban ForcedToMaul. If I recall correctly they did ban users before if they were evading their TWC.

 

Both accounts are TWC'd so he's not evading anything, they can't control what account someone uses

 

Like Yousuck said, the user has already been punished for this offence (it's only a 1 week ban for the first instance of TWC evasion). Both users have a TWC so there's nothing further to be done here.
