I'll put it out in the open
karlrais sold me an account with the login username "duke marko" which is ranked 4 in defence and has 140m slayer xp 200m attack xp etc, and it was locked shortly after playing on it which karlrais acknowledged and refunded me 2bill RS3GP + another account that wasn't even half as good. THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM HAPPENS AND THE SECOND ACCOUNT GIVEN TO ME IS LOCKED ASWELL. {the second account is still locked}. I check 3 days ago and the ranked 4 defence account 'duke marko' is unlocked and the display name is changed on it + active membership on the account with a new registered email address on it. Karlrais blamed me for it being locked when clearly its not because the account is now unlocked that he thinks hes in the clear and can get away for scamming 4B rs3gp + a yellow partyhat. please need some staff input that actually cares about sythe to stop karlrais from scamming anyone else in the future. also here is a google search of karlrais scammer Gyazo - 42a598de39c5b9cc59981a654e267156.png how is this guy still on sythe continuing to scam innocent people?

@Entrr any update?

I was gone for the weekend sorry for the delay + my laptop was gone before and apparently the first notification I didn't see.

Just for reference. The 1st account was refunded initially with 2b+ the 2nd account now the 2nd account is locked and the 1st account is unlocked. I think he should be refunded the price of the 2nd account. The items on the 1st account can not be proven/forced to refund.

Any update? @Entrr

From what I've read karlrais and him haven't been working to reach a resolution perhaps @karlrais can comment on the matter since I'd rather not just take planets word as proof.

No response.
