Why was i banned???

I was banned for "selling scam guides", but my guide was not a scam!!! i explained it well enough so that they had some idea of what it was, and its my right not to tell them btw. but if the person who i "scammed" wants their 1m back, i will gladly give it back to them! i just dont think this is worthy of me being banned for 3 months!!!
