DreamDog banned for reason Hacked?

I was just updating one of my threads when the sythe page loaded with the error message telling me I was banned because hacked? How can I get unbanned please

We address your topic as soon as we can. You’ll need to post with your username, a new email you want registered to the account, and then we’ll change the email of your account for you. Then, go to www.sythe.org/lost-password/ and recover your account. From there, log into your account, and set a NEW password that you have not used anywhere else, your account was most likely hacked because you were using the same/similar password across multiple boards or services (skype, runescape, etc).
