I'm not seeing all these posts as you post them, they only appear after I post I don't know why, I posted in feedback forums to try and get a mod to fix that problem but it still hasn't been fixed.

It's one week because theres maybe 1 layer that is similar that I haven't disproved. If I had in fact ripped, why would I so willingly send the 2 psds? Also haunted wasn't even talking about the psd were even looking at he said it was another one.

You can keep argueing or whatever, but this isn't a GFX based forum therefore not all GFX rules apply. Honestly, I don't think he should be banned just for ripping a layer or two and then editing it. These aren't super high GFX standards, but this isn't a GFX forum, so you guys shouldn't treat it as one. Just my two cents.

But, this is a GFX section and should follow the GFX rules and ripping leads to banning though I do not want to ban him since I do see him doing good for the community but he does deserve punishment for it.

and ripping a layer is like ripping a sig its not your work and your claiming it

So everyone should be banned for using the same c4d that was used in a tutorial? Thats basically what your saying, so my superman sig also deserves an infraction too because I used the same c4d as in the tutorial?

 

no you used the same c4d ripped off the sig since he did all the work of modifing the c4d erasing ugly parts etc. and you took that.

and thats not all the other pics I showed too, with the stock part, I highly doubt you got exact same as him.
