Reason that I got banned: Foxshock scamm report

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: None, couldn't contact him after 5 years and It's been 2 months since he has last logged on steam Steam Community :: KingBk but if I somehow manage to contact him, I'd gladly reimburse his money + the yearly inflation.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I got banned for ban evading twice, in an account named Brurucy(created shortly after the ban and which got banned right away) and in another one that I got banned on the same day as creation yesterday(Savageram), then an user told me that I should make a ban appeal and here I am with it.

Detailed description of the events that took place:
I don't really remember since it was 5 years while ago, but I think that I had added the guy on steam and he gave me 8 dollars for a game which I ended up sending just a guest pass.

Why you think we should forgive you:
I think that I really screwed up, I was 12 years old(can supply proof) and just got immature and greedy.
I acknowledge that mistake of mine but you know, It's been 5 years and I've grown considerably. I think that everyone screws up at some point during life and I just want time and space for me to redeem myself and show that I am not a 12 year old immature boy again.

Yes, I do and completely understand the site rules and am willing to go first in many trades/use a middleman or have a TWC.

I tried contacting him through his steam and skype, but he simply doesn't answer.

It feels like he never actually got skype, bc his skype shows up as "messenger".

I have him on skype bc I guess I've never deleted him.

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)
