Smithing isn't terribly bad with SC hammers.

It seems to me that he wants an easy 99 that would be easily bought, so I don't think he's going for mining.

I'd do farming. It's by far the EASIEST to do because if you just set up all of the patches that you can, you can just log off and do something else and come back with (depending on what you plant) alottt of xp for being on for 20-30 mins.

Also if you just keep doing ranarrs for herbs, you will make back most of the money or make a profit.

runecrafting would take way too long, craft and smith are possible but cost more than 20m i would say

Thieving? Doesn't cost allot or firemaking doesn't cost allot either. The skills I mentioned are common so I suggest going for a uncommon which you can afford:p

I would personally go with farming.

Because the farming cape (T) is hot..

I would spend 20m on rune crafting because, then you would get 99 rune crafting and you'll be able to make 900k per hour, and you'll easily profit from your 20m. And you be having party hat's as house decorations, and halloween masks as condoms. You'll be rich.

I'm spending my 11m on 99 range, then i'll make money with range by avansies at 80 range and i'll spend the rest of my money for strength and wc and then rune crafting. And i'll have santa hats as backpacks. And god swords as dildos. :D

    You'll be rich.

    Trust me.

Exactly, I don't know why people are saying runecrafting, mining or fishing, those all MAKE money. I'm looking to use 20m to get a quick 99.
I already have cooking and fletching; I don't see how I can get 99 cooking again...

For 99 crafting, I think crafting d'hide bodies would cost over 20m (not sure) and for 99 magic, is there a way to get 99 quickly while also spending around 20m?

I think if you use SC needles, you can get 99 crafting with bodies below or just at 20m. That may take longer than you are willing though.
