Not sure if Op is stupid or genuinely needs this explained.

 

Don't know what's wrong here though. He made the PM on June 3rd and is busy on June 4th. You never know what came in as the interruption so he couldn't do business with you yet.

 

@Wortel to me it looks like OP doesn't know how to DELETE messages himself. Instead he wants to waste staff time to get it removed. The report option is there if people are breaking ruless via pm.
