Looking to come back into RS and ride the wave of inevitable death.

I have a budget of about 650m rs3 gold (175 usd) PP.

We can use an MM or OMM - can be discussed.

I prefer PP since its easier and because I would have to buy the gold from some else first.

Would like something near max, like a lot of 99s and the rest above 80s,
high qp a plus, lots of untradeables a plus, don't care for gold on acc.

Serious sellers only please, pm or reply thanks.

PS - I know I haven't posted much in the 9 years on these forums and I don't come here often but I'm just looking for a fair trade no one has to get hurt and their hard earned money/account stolen.
