I must admit that I enjoyed my time in the RS Gold market. I myself traded close to 100B with profits of around $20,000 from February-November. $50,000+ handled, 420+ Vouches, and 127/127 PA feedback. As impressive as those stats are, they don't stand a candle to anyone on this top 10 haha.

 

I completely agree, my stats are somewhat similar and I know, I'm nowhere near the top 10, but at least a honorable mention haha!

 

My name on PA is H1j2q3, not lester1205. I rarely sell on PA.

As far as i know, lester1205 is in the same company with kevin001 and jevin001. his sythe name was lester.

Other Criteria:Because I have too much works irl, no time to be online a lot. plus poor english. So I am not so famous on sythe. But Number of seller clients are still a lot.
I started my current gold buying and selling thread ealier than any of you 9 people`s current threads.

So, i should be in the rank 3-5. haha

These statistics are really interesting to read about, so are all of the comments, however, what I am really interested in is knowing how much each of these top ranking individuals made in 2011 (Pure profit). You guys probably don't want to disclose exact figures, but I'm sure a lot of people would love to be amazed by how much you have made.

 

I can't disagree with you on that. For time put in, your average is quite insane.

Was a very interesting read. Viou's statistics were truly amazing. I can see a huge change in the list for 2012 and think Arcus Isidar will come out on the top come the end of 2012.

 

Something I've enjoyed reading in a while here. I even copied it so I can read it again in a few months lol. I truly do believe Viou is #1 as I can always count on him when buying/selling gold. Same goes with Kevin, he always responds fast and delivers payment immediately.

I can go on evaluating the others but Viou and Kevin are the people I trust the most, Nick aswell.

 

A doctor? As in Doctor of Medicine? I find that VERY hard to believe.

There's no way a Surgical Intern, Resident, or Attending could juggle work in a clinical setting and dedicate as much time to Sythe as you do.

Unless of course, you're just the head pimp with the funds and you leave the gold buying/selling to your paid minions.

He's a doctor in China. The schedule is likely much different from that in North America.

Wow, this was an incredibly interesting post Viou and I am glad I stumbled across this (don't venture into this section too often, hence the late discovery of this thread).

Congratulations to everybody who got a top spot or an honorable mention, and a big thank you to ALL the major market giants should be acknowledged for what they do for this site

It's even more stringent than the USA.

My mother is a Chinese MD who practiced in China for nearly a decade before moving to the states to complete her PhD. After graduating from Medical School, she completed an Internal Medicine Residency (IM being one of the less demanding fields) and she was working 80+ hour weeks.

My Aunt also received her MD from China, specializing in Pediatrics, and also worked 80+ hour weeks.

Over this past winter break my mother's med school reunion was held in the states, with classmates who practice in both the USA/China both talking about their "work schedules". Although most drifted into research, the ones that still practiced boasted similar work schedules.

With the government playing a huge role as to where and when you work, I still stand firm in my belief that he's either fabricating the fact that he's a doctor, or his definition of the term isn't the universal one (When people say the work AS a doctor, they're generally referring to being a health care professional)
