Brilliant method, makes me want to finish branches of darkmeyer even more.

 

There is potential to earn a little bit of RSGP through burning the corpses but it would be like 200k p/h or something terrible like that

You don't need to finish branches of darkmeyer, you just need to get up to the bit where you have made a blisterwood polearm.

 

You should put together a youtube video about this

It'd get heaps of views.

How long does it take to set it all up exactly?

 

The quests are maybe 7 hours total or so and obtaining and burning the vyres takes about ~10 hours I think (been a while since I burned vyres ) While obtaining the corpses you get experience also though, so its a win win.

 

I've seen this done on YT, and it's pretty effective. Such a bitch to get those reqs though

 

Has anyone tried this since eoc? I bet this would be like 1m/hr xp now lol.

 

Vyres are lower level now.

I've not but as far as I know it still works, you just can't AFK it and you need food.

I don't know the xp rates for this anymore and I don't have any member accounts so I can't check.

Not really, it can be annoying at parts but a youtube guide for that one part (where you have to get the vyrewatch gear) will see you right. Some people find the fight can be quite hard but last time I tried it (pre EOC) I used about 2 brews so yeah.

 

i got them to show, my filter was the problem. still newish to the "new rs". i played during rsc.

 

You say the requirements are 43 prayer but how am I supposed to hold prot from melee for 5minutes with only 43 prayer?
