2007 Pure Quest List?

I remember around that time there were a lot of lists of quests that pures can do without fucking up their defense or prayer. I've tried having a quick look but I can't find it, I thought that someone here might have it. A link would be greatly appreciated

 

Waterfall quest
Death plateau
Vampire slayer
Tree gnome stronghold

That's all I remember off the top of my head when I made my pure.

 

Not the perfect list, but how to do a few. Check the stats it gives to see which to do.

grand tree (10k+ attack xp)
imp catcher (small magic xp to start off)
restless ghost (gets you 9 prayer)
priest in peril (more prayer xp)
