TERMS OF SERVICE FOR:

1) We will complete all orders by hand and will NEVER use bots.
2) You will not log in, or attempt to log in, change the password, or enable 2FA once we have started a service. This will cause delays and may result in a termination of service.
3) You will remove excess wealth from your account before giving us any information, set a bank pin if possible, and only leave the required items on the account which we may need to complete the service.
4) Only QUICKQUESTING#2220 with the Owner rank (UID: 832009132055593061) can accept payments or talk about payments, anyone else claiming to be a worker is trying to scam you. We will not refund you if you get scammed by an imposter so please make sure you're talking to the correct person. The best way to contact us is to open a ticket.
5) If for whatever reason we can't complete your order you will be refunded an appropriate amount based on work completed already.
6) No refunds/compensation will be given if your account is banned or muted since we won't type in game on your account and we complete orders manually.
7) We will always try and complete your orders within the given timeframe, sometimes it may take longer and we will not compensate you for this.
8) We are not responsible in the event that any unwanted levels are obtained during any service.
9) You will have all of the required levels, quests, items and anything else you may need to start your order before ordering a service.
10) Ironmen & HCIM may have different prices than regular accounts, you agree to this.
11) Payment will be made before we start your service.
