    It says that it is level 27 for the North America accounts, before you purchase on PayPal. It is the product name.

    North America is very difficult to make level 30s for, they are level 27 because it is safest to level the last bit by yourself and drastically reduces chance of ban.

    Sigh... I think you should atleast revise your descriptions on your website and thread to note the difference between NA and EUW accounts. I see you've changed the paypal redirecting button to say so but overall it would be more helpful for those considering to buy on NA from you.

    I was swayed to buy from you over others because all other user run websites stated 27+ but still think the product was worth the money. Everything else is fine, you still offer the cheapest and quickest(knowing now that all would offer level 27 accounts) so I'll still probably buy from you in the future.

    Just more clarity, thanks!
