2 x Infractions Issued with no Decision Posted

Darkgroove started an issue reference trust which led people to ask me what I had done. "Spyike were you reported for Scamming?" This is a Sythe Mod OMM who clearly established the reasoning for people to question the ability to trust me. I think we expect a little better of our leadership and I feel he triggered the events which led to this infraction. I would like either Finn, Sinn or Sythe to review his postings.

The above identifies a Dispute that I posted. Darkgroove locked the thread and questioned if I was Disputing the Infraction. I understand it is possible to be infracted again for filing another dispute, however this left myself with an unclear decision as to the status of the Infraction. I still feel Darkgroove was wrong for his post although he states it was his opinion with no facts; then why say it? Also Wizard placed an Infraction for Spamming in a Spam forum just after Darkgroove. I was responding to Darkgroove and do not consider this spamming.. Once again, I would like for Sinn, Finn or Sythe to review please.
