2 week ban and TWC

Hello. Last night I was banned for the reason of "fake vouching."

just cause it was one instance of same ip doesnt mean its same person. yeah i know the guy and he was visitng me for a weekend and had same ip. my point is there is no vouches. the guy who reproted is salty cause i won a dice. he put posts from my main thread, not my vouches. i dont know if you can see the ips for each post but im sure someone can and could verify that

That's fake vouching. Wait your 2 weeks, or create a dispute, but it will most likely get denied so.

In the report those vouches were fake
not all your vouches
Just dispute your ban and someone else will handle it if you disagree with my decision

In my opinion he could of been more helpful in giving details and not so cold and rude but oh well.
Anyways like I said one post was made from the same IP due to him visiting me. That does not mean it is a fake vouch nor does it mean I myself did it/or own the other account. You can see IPs for each individual post and I know that all those posts in the report, do not have my IP because he was only here for a short period of time and made one post during that time. Yes I understand the rule of the whole vouching thing that he needed to state he knows me irl. It was one time so thats my mistake and I thought it would not matter that much. I think the punishment I have received is very unfair and unnecessary. 2 weeks is a long time to go without business and especially the TWC. I think your punishment system needs updating as there is many levels to certain reports and issues. People do not go to prison for a traffic ticket. I know I broke a rule on that ONE post, but 2 weeks is way too long. On top of that the TWC is just blatantly uncalled for. Every TWC I have come accross has to do with a bad trade as it should. Myself getting a TWC rank makes zero sense as the entire issue stemmed from my own action and my own mistakes, having NOTHING to do with trading. Yeah you can say oh but thats misleading people to use you therefore can result in future bad trades. Come on that is absurd. One post out of so many will realistically not make a difference and that does not take away from the other MANY vouches I have. And again these are just simple posts on the main thread, they are not actually being viewed as "vouches." But yeah main thing I am trying to say is I understand I was wrong for the one post with the same IP and I would accept a punishment, but 2 week ban for that is really overkill. Even including a terrible call for a TWC rank as well...so unfair. Thanks to whoever will read all of this and hear my opinions.

 

@perfectman29 has posted only from your current IP, the other IP's are from mobile networks only (same location). You're claiming to be @wantacookie who has posted from different ISP's but all within the same area. Perfectman has only posted vouches for Wantacookie so it's quite obvious right here. You're free to provide us with skype chatlogs, you handing him out the account info and him providing you with the skills he has leveled. Once that's done you're free to try and dispute again, but right now this is as obvious as it could get. @King did perfectly well here, only thing he could've done better was removing the vouches, but that'd be it.
