2-Step verification

I've been locked out of my account, star_scream for 2 months now. This has happened when I switched phones but forgot to deactivate 2 step verification. This is my 4th appeal submission, I have my same password that I have used for a bit over a year now, I submitted a email that you guys wanted but I didn't get a reply. I submitted full details of my IP, ISP, literally everything you would need to verify that it's me but still no reply. Is my profile... DO NOT ASK ME to submit another email request because you guys told me that twice, but I never get a reply when I submit the information.

 

That is really the only option we have at this time. Sythe himself is the only one who has access to the 2 factor system. The best thing I can suggest is to email him once again. Trust me, I know the feeling. I was locked out of my account for quite a while thanks to the same problem.

Patience was the only thing that helped.

Only Sythe has access to it or can remove it. So that's all I can tell you, unfortunately.
