2 more bot banning mods trained up

Sort of happy about this, as someone who doesn't bot, this should bring gold prices back up a bit which will benefit lots of people.

I'm not worried. RiD is still working on his end-all bot that will make it pretty much impossible for Jagex to know you're botting. Once that drops, it's over.

It was only a matter of time. One person banning that many accounts is too stressful.

 

It'll likely make botting a bit harder, but it'll still continue.

Not necessarily, they're bringing in 2 more bot banners. They don't have the technology to stop bots from being created in the first place. Therefore bots wil still be made, buy membership and be banned as soon as. So Jagex will still earn from this.

Wow, Jagex taking action against bots .. this is something I haven't seen for a while.

It will be interesting to see if they can get anything noticeable done. (Hoping to see gold prices go up a bit but I kinda doubt that will happen.)

Can be true, however botters and bot-makers will always try to make a way around it, therefore the cycle will most likely continue and repeat itself.

This is where using color and creating your own scripts that match your play style come in handy...Simba has stood the test of time so I don't believe they will get rid of botting.

RID looks like its entering Alpha at the moment. Have been following the development for over 2 years (can't believe its been 2 years haha). Will be a game changer when its released.

It was hard botting 3 months ago and from what I hear now it's still extremely hard to bot. My guess it will make it even harder lol?

I think people who botted succesfully until now, will be botting even with these new mods.
