2 Infractions for Spamming.

Hey guys, Bewood here.

I went to my profile today, and noticed I had 2x 1 point infractions for Spamming in a thread.

I was very confused, and decided to look at the thread. I have since looked at the thread, and I am outraged at these infractions.

Yes, my posts WERE/ARE spam! But that is because when I had posted them this thread was in the SPAM FORUM!

I would not have spammed, nor would anyone else who spammed, on that thread if it had been in the section it is in now at first.

Macroman, please understand that I would not have spammed it. I can almost guarantee that this thread was DEFINITELY in the spam forum to start out.

How can I be infracted for spamming on a thread that was IN THE SPAM FORUM when I posted on it.

I understand Sythe.org Mods and Admins have the right to infract people who break the rules, but at the time I posted I was not breaking the rules.

If someone could please remove these infractions, because I believe they were given to me when they should not have been.
